3 Saturdays of Kriya + Shiva Wisdom (in-person + online) This is an invitation to attune yourself to the energy of stillness, silence, and shunya — the source point from which true clarity and transformation arises. Dates: Jan 31 • Feb 7 • Feb 14 (Mahashivaratri) Time: 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM Format: In-person + Online Investment: $108 AUD (for all 3 sessions) $45 AUD (for one session) What you’ll receive: - A short Shiva wisdom teaching to orient the mind - Grounded kriya practice to regulate energy and refine awareness - Mantra to deepen stillness and integrate the practice into daily life
