Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course, retreat, or training offered by Sattva School of Dharma, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Enrolment & Payment

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment. Full payment is due before program commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment plans may be available on request.

3. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful and conscious behaviour toward teachers, fellow students, and the environment. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disturbance may result in dismissal without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, manuals, and recordings are the intellectual property of Sattva School of Dharma and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written consent.

5. Health & Safety

Participants must disclose any relevant health conditions prior to attendance. While every effort is made to ensure safety, participation is at the individual’s own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sattva School of Dharma, its teachers, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to person or property during participation, except as required by Australian law.

7. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify course dates, venues, or instructors when necessary, ensuring the quality and integrity of the program remain consistent.

1. Information We Collect

We collect your name, contact details, and relevant health or background information during registration to ensure your safety and provide program updates.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Your data is used to:

Process registrations and payments
Communicate schedules and updates
Issue certificates and provide ongoing support
Improve our offerings and communications

3. Data Protection

All personal data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized team members. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

4. Online Privacy

Our website uses cookies and analytics to improve performance and user experience. You may disable cookies at any time via your browser settings.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Cancellations affect program logistics and participant availability. For this reason, we apply the following structure to all cancellations and transfers.

2. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. However, if cancellation notice is received at least 45 days before the program start date, the deposit may be transferred to another course within 12 months.

3. Refunds

More than 45 days before start date: 75% refund (excluding deposit)
45 days before start date: 50% refund (excluding deposit)
Less than 45 days before start date: No refund
After program commencement: No refund or transfer

4. Transfers

Participants may transfer enrolment to another program within one calendar year, subject to space availability and an administrative fee.

5. Cancellations by Sattva School of Dharma

If a program must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disaster, illness, or government restrictions), participants will receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future program.

6. Online Programs

Refunds are not available for digital or self-paced courses once access to materials has been granted.
