21 Days with the Goddess was a profoundly transformative journey of self-discovery.

The practices, wisdom, music, and daily sangha created a space of deep nourishment and connection.

Through this immersion, I experienced the true power and depth of these ancient, sophisticated teachings.

I’ve explored countless therapies, workshops, and practices — but nothing compares to Kriya with Ritika.

It’s not something I have to do; it’s something I crave — grounding, energising, and transforming from within.

For the first time, I’ve found a practice that truly shifts my energy and stays with me long after the session ends.

Since beginning this practice, I’ve felt a powerful surge of energy balanced by deep calm and connection.

Through Kriya and the teachings, I released a lifelong fear of loneliness and found true wholeness and peace within.

This journey has been profoundly healing—so much so that I no longer need antidepressants and feel fully alive, supported, and free.

This journey arrived at exactly the right moment.

Though the first few days were intense and unsettling, by day four a new rhythm emerged—bringing joy, confidence, and peace.

The in-person experience added a depth of connection and support that made the transformation even more profound.

From the fullest part of my heart—thank you. This mentorship transformed me at the deepest level and touched everyone around me.

Through Ritika’s sacred guidance in Jyotish, kriya, mantra, and goddess work, I remembered who I truly am.

My life now flows with clarity, steadiness, and grace—and it all began with that first session.

I’ve just completed a transformational 9-day Goddess Navaratri practice with Ri Tika, moving through deep inner terrain and awakening to my own power.

Her teachings on the Mother and the many forms of the Goddess resonated deeply within my heart and soul.

With profound gratitude for the Goddess path and for Ri Tika’s wisdom and transformative guidance.
