Advanced Sattva School of Dharma – Kriya Yoga YTT (Modular Format) This training unfolds across three powerful modules. All three modules are mandatory. Prerequisite: Completion of 200 hours of Sattva Teacher Training. Attendance Options- Online – Via Zoom with access to recorded sessions Day Tripper – Stay off-site; 3 meals daily included on-site Shared Cabin – Sattva Sanctuary accommodation + 3 meals daily Single Cabin – Private cabin at Sattva Sanctuary + 3 meals daily Dates & Modules- MODULE 1: Foundations of Mind & Breath- April 16–22, 2026 Focuses on advanced kriya practices, yogic philosophy of the mind, pranayama, and an introduction to Ayurveda. MODULE 2: Sacred Rituals & Mantras- May 15–21, 2026 Explores pūjā, initiation into mahā mantras, and mantra-based kriyās for spiritual elevation. MODULE 3: Teaching & Initiation- June 15–22, 2026 Guides you in initiating others into meditation, teaching bīja mantras, integrating rounding practices, and refining your skills through supervised teaching practicums. Certification is granted upon successful completion of all three modules. How It Works- Each module builds upon the last. Participation in all three modules is required, with sequential completion.
