Meet Your Teachers
At the heart of the training are teachers who live the practices they share.
With decades of combined study under Anand Mehrotra and other masters, Ritika, Eran, and Dalia embody the disciplines of yoga, kriya, meditation, mantra, and Vedic wisdom in their daily lives.
Each brings their own depth and devotion, guiding students with integrity, compassion, and a holistic approach that honours both ancient tradition and modern life.
Ritika

Ritika has studied under Anand Mehrotra for over 15 years and is trained in Vedic astrology. Her daily practice of yoga, kriya, meditation, mantra, and ritual is lived with honesty and integrity. Devoted to serving others, she offers holistic guidance across all aspects of life, sharing practical tools from kriya yoga and Vedic wisdom to help others awaken their full potential.
Eran

Eran is a Vedic astrologer and long-time student of Anand Mehrotra, founder of Sattva Yoga. With over 20 years of study, he brings a disciplined practice of mantra, kriya, yoga, and meditation. His integrative approach blends Vedic astrology, yoga, meditation, and Kabbalah to offer clear, balanced guidance for personal, relational, and spiritual growth.
Dalia

Dalia is a Master Jyotishi, Sattva Yoga and Meditation Teacher, and Ayurvedic lifestyle practitioner. A devoted student of Anand Mehrotra in the Himalayas, she shares ancient wisdom with modern clarity and compassion. Through Yoga-Vedanta and the Vedic sciences, she guides others toward harmony, wellbeing, and alignment with nature.
