Through gentle kriya techniques, the practice encourages self-observation without judgment, allowing habitual reactions to loosen and a more spacious perspective to emerge. This set is suitable for all levels and can be practised regularly to support emotional balance, inner steadiness, and a positive orientation toward the day ahead. For a meaningful and sustained transformation, it is recommended to practice this kriya daily for seven or twenty-one consecutive days, ideally at a set time each morning or evening. Before beginning, take a moment to establish a Sankalpa—a clear inner intention—to support and anchor your practice.
