Real-time correction
A teacher who can see you, hear you, and correct what you cannot see in yourself. This is irreplaceable.
Shared field
Practising in a live container with others — even via screen — generates a coherence that solo practice can't replicate.
Accountability
Knowing the class is at 6am Wednesday is the difference between intending to practice and actually practising.
